PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase products from our website the following steps will be taken, AFTER your order has been received:

1) A team member will contact you, by email, with any questions or request for your logo files. Our team will create your product proof sheet. The proof sheet will show the product you ordered with the decoration you requested.

2) The proof sheet MUST be approved in writing by you, before production will begin.

3) A order estimate sheet will be sent after your proof sheet has been approved. Payment by credit card, through an online link, may be required unless you have established credit terms for payment by company check on NET Terms.
